Shipping Policy

Kidswholesaler offers FREE SHIPPING to all over the world on all orders. Here at Kidswholesaler, we are constantly striving to provide our customers with unrivalled customer service. All orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS and FedEx unless specified otherwise. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received on Fridays will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days. Please be advised that international shipping delays can occur. Customers are held responsible for paying all duties, taxes, customs fees, and other fees for their merchandise except of shipping cost. Duties on goods can vary widely depending on the product and the country in which it was manufactured in. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. Any substitutions/additions to the order or issues regarding shipping address or payment may cause a delay in shipment. If there is a significant amount of out-of-stock items, we may hold the package until we receive confirmation from customer, unless otherwise requested.

Return Policy

We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery may be damaged. All damage claims should be made within 2 business days of receipt of goods. All returns are issued by store credit only. No refunds will be given. Defective merchandise will be replaced for the same style or store credit will be issued of the product amount. Provide your order details:

  • -Invoice Number, Style Number, Color and size.
  • -Photos of the damages with explanation.
  • -Provide email and phone number to contact you with.

All returns must be approved prior to shipping to receive credit. Any returns sent to our showroom without prior approval by Kids wholesaler team will NOT receive store credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns

Cancelation Policy

If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled. Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within the same day the order is placed. If your payment is not processed in a timely manner, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
